FIT4FOOD2030 IN ACTION

At June 19th the project was presented to the Bulgarian specialists in the field during the regular seminar Ensuring quality and safety of food, beverages and feed” a joint event of Training Centre for Food Quality and Safety, Department of Biotechnology at University of Food Technology, Bulgarian Agency for Food Safety and Risk Assessment Centre on Food Chain, Bulgarian Ministry of agriculture food and forestry.

The first workshop with Sofia City Lab stakeholders took place on June 20th . Researchers and experts in the field of food and biotechnologies discussed problems related to the topic. The participants agreed that public does not get adequate and reliable information and it was strongly  recommended that targeting events for raising public awareness should be initiated.
