On May 27th, 28th and 29th, the Center for Research and Analysis, a partner in the CAST project, organized a workshop dedicated to strengthening institutional capacity. CAST is a three-year project, funded by the European Erasmus Plus Programme, as a centralized measure; coordinated by PRONA Foundation - Montenegro. The workshop is part of a series of such events, which are organized on a rotating basis.
Discussed were various tools and good practices helping to build institutional capacity. Special attention was paid to the preparation of a training for young entrepreneurs, to be organized by the CRA team.
