A training was held on November 23 and 24 within the CAST project - CApacity building for success – foSTering youth professional realization and employability as part of the planned activities. The event was hosted by UDRUŽENJE GRADJANA OSVEZENJE, Serbia. Given the situation in the region, the training was conducted online and was attended by young people from all partner countries. 

Training was aimed at developing soft practical skills that young people should acquire in order to be more successful on the labour market.
